Lip Filler can be used for balance, hydration, augmentation, and symmetry correction. There are many different options when choosing lip fillers based on your specific goals for your lips. Restylane Kysse, Restylane Refyne, Juvederm®, and RHA products are some Hyaluronic Acid filler options used for lip filler injections.
Cannula Lip Filler is a very advanced technique, so not all injectors use this tool for this area. Using a cannula includes less tissue injury, less bruising, and less pain during the procedure. Cannulas are used to inject the entire upper and lower lips by only using two injection points, one at either corner of the mouth. Ask about Cannula Lip Filler when you come in for your consultation!
Chin Filler can define and sharpen the anterior jawline and enhance the difference between the jawline and the neck. Jawline Filler is usually done in combination with Chin Filler, but we typically treat the chin before treating the posterior jawline. Juvederm® Voluma, Juvederm® Volux, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Defyne, and RHA Fillers are often used in this area. Multiple syringes of Hyaluronic Acid Filler are needed for this procedure, and debulking the area or relaxing the neck muscles is sometimes necessary to optimize filler results.
Jawline filler includes the injection of Hyaluronic Acid fillers into the jawline to enhance it, helping to contour the neck. Jawline filler is often combined with Deoxycholic Acid to reduce bulk under the neck and neuromodulators to reduce muscle pulling, which can widen the neck.
Those who desire non-surgical correction of volume loss, fine lines, or facial asymmetry are good candidates for dermal fillers. A consultation is key to assessing individual suitability.
Although swelling or bruising may temporarily impair the final look, immediate results are usually visible.
Minimal downtime is expected, and most return to daily activities quickly. Side effects like minor swelling or bruising usually fade within a few days.
Avoid blood thinners before treatment to reduce bruising. Post-treatment, skip strenuous activities and sun exposure for 24 hours to optimize results.
A topical anesthetic may be used for comfort. Fillers are injected via a fine needle or cannula, with the procedure taking 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the treatment area.
